Will Long's Bass style has always been influenced by the heaviest of metal. While keeping it heavy, Will often stays locked in with the guitars, even during solos, interludes and speedier tempos where the less experienced bassist might fall out to an easier melody or harmony. When not tying his bassline to the guitars, his creative side explodes into the rythyms he creates. He shows an exemplary ability to make that critical connection that links the drums and guitars smoothly; all while providing an interesting bassline that carries the feel of each song. He tops off his performances by adding a layer of backup vocals in critical spots throughout WEDDG' metal selections.
